Shipping

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy, including processing and delivery timelines. Orders may ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive in separate packages.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns are governed by our Return Policy. We accept returns only for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved claims will be resolved with either a replacement item (when available) or store credit, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
